Equipment: All equipment is provided for use in the class - Furi Knives, Kenwood, Braun, Kitchen Aid and Westinghouse ovens

Wednesday 26 March

Herbs, vegetables, pulses, grains and spices
A class looking at Low GI recipes with taste flavour and visual enticement. Syd has written FOOD FOR EVERYBODY (books) and some of the recipes from this book will be featured.

Tuesday 22 April
Pies and tarts -.  Classic dishes using a variety of pastry.  Bacon and egg pie; Prawn and feta turnovers, B’Steeya, Caramelised leek and gruyere; Seafood and Lemon Tart are some of the dishes in this class.

Wednesday 21 May
Southern Italian Food - sunny comforting food for the beginning of autumn.

Tuesday 24 June
Special cakes, soufflés and winter puddings - sensational desserts that would suit any taste and kitchen expertise.

Wednesday 23 July
Cooking for crowds - getting ready for Olympic Fever with some crowd pleasing dishes to watch us bring home some gold! A few Chinese influences as well as other international dishes including a Pavlova roulade!

Tuesday 19 April
Duck - this class looks at the different breeds of duck and recipes that showcase them and also how easy it is to prepare!
