A fabulous market tour followed by
shared table experience

The city of Sydney offers the best and freshest food at local speciality markets. At these vibrant markets you can see seafood being loaded off the auction floor ready to be delivered to shops and restaurants. A wide variety of seasonal fruit, vegetables, herbs organic breads, artisan cheese makers, and passionate producers, they all can be found at markets throughout the city on different days of the week.

On our special guided tours you will meet producers, taste fresh seafood, and try some locally made cheeses, sample boutique extra virgin olive oils and speciality vinegars, in fact a whole shopping basket full of exquisite produce. At the end of the tour you will join in lively hands on cooking class and prepare a seasonal lunch. Off with the aprons and we sit down to enjoy the food with a glass or two of premium Australian wines.

Some of the dishes you may cook - goats cheese and leek tart, duck breast with pear and walnut salad, fresh fig and hazelnut cake with honey yogurt.
